Create your account & salon profile
Getting started takes less than 10 minutes. Sign up using your email address or Google account — no credit card needed. Once in, you'll fill in your salon name, city, and contact details. You can upload your logo to make your booking page look completely on-brand. As soon as you save your profile, Salonz generates a custom booking URL that's yours forever — something like salonz.co.za/book/glow-beauty. Share it anywhere clients can find you.

Add your services & pricing
Building your service menu is fast and flexible. Start by creating service categories — Hair, Nails, Skin, Lashes, or whatever fits your salon. Then add each service with a name, duration, price, and an optional description. Clients will see exactly what they're booking and what it costs. You can group, reorder, and update services at any time. Everything feeds directly into your online booking page, so clients always see your latest menu.

Add your team
Salonz is built for the whole team, not just the owner. Invite your staff members via a simple email link — they'll set up their own logins and you stay in full control. Can my clients book without creating an account?
Yes. Clients click your booking link, choose a service and time, and confirm. They don't need to create a Salonz account or download any app — it just works.
What if I have multiple branches?
Each branch gets its own profile and booking page, but you manage all of them from a single owner login. Consolidated reporting lets you compare performance across locations.
Can I import my existing client list?
Yes. You can import your existing clients via a CSV file in Settings. We'll walk you through the format — it typically takes less than five minutes to bring everyone across.
